Stacey publishes her web log Stacey Snacks Online but the name doesn't begin to describe the amazing meals and dishes she showcases there. From tasty party treats served at a garden tea party to multiple-course elegant dinner parties Stacy enjoys sharing ideas, tips and recipe with her readers. She lives just across the Hudson River from Manhattan and access to great markets and restaurants that she draws upon for inspiration. If it involves food, parties and people – you can bet Stacey is interested. Neighbors and friends enjoy and encourage her hobby because her prolific cooking means they are always welcome to drop in for tastings – and so many know this they often become impromptu parties.
