The Nation’s Capitol was the site of Char-Broil’s next stop on the TRU-Tour. Just down the road from the steps of the US Capitol, a short walk to The White House, and a stones throw from the Washington and Lincoln Monuments the Safeway Barbecue Battle was jammed packed full of some of the great things this country loves music, food, and CharBroil.
The TRU-Crew had a great time showcasing TRU-Infrared Grills from Char-Broil as well as watching attendees be amazed at the juicy food the grills produce. People loved the Bubba Burgers with Arla Dofino Havarti Cheese wrapped in a Flatout Fold-it and could dress it up with any of the Beano’s Deli Condiments they wanted. If that was not enough they got to sample some Dole Pineapple and Bush’s Grillin Beans among other great items.
But regardless whether you consider yourself a Donkey, Elephant, Rooster or Eagle most people who came to the DC BBQ Battle can all agree on one thing: We love some PIG.
