Not just burgers – BUBBA BURGERS

By on May 29, 2012

The good folks at BUBBA Burgers have been sponsors of the Char-Broil Summer Tours for several years.  When I first tasted a BUBBA Burger I said one word: “wow.”  Make that “WOW~!”  Now there is always a package of BUBBA Burgers in our freezer. When I get to jones-in for a burger I know I can heat up the grill and toss a frozen BUBBA Burger on the hot grates and within minutes a juicy, tasty ideal burger will be on a bun and heading toward my taste buds!

Recently I contact BUBBA and talked to their spokesperson, uh – who, for the purpose of this posting, I shall call “Bubba.”

CB: What makes BUBBA BURGERS so dang good?

Bubba: You know BUBBA burger uses the highest quality beef and our unique freezing process locks in the taste and texture of a hand-formed burger‚ without all the bother and mess! Just take what you need from your box of BUBBA burger and cook ´em up frozen.

CB: What about added fillers and all that?

Bubba: All varieties of BUBBA burgers are All Natural, Gluten Free and NEVER have any additives or preservatives!

CB:  I was kinda freaked out that I don’t thaw the burger before grilling…

Bubba: BUBBA burgers go straight from the freezer to your Grill or Skillet. DO NOT THAW OR REFREEZE BUBBA burgers®‚ ´cause that’ll just ruin their juicy flavor and freshness.

CB: OK – Tell me how that works please.

Bubba:

1. Heat grill to about 325°F degrees.
2. Place frozen BUBBA burger® directly on grill rack.
3. Don’t flip the burger until the juices are clear.
4. Once you flip the burger, cook it ’til it’s
just how you like it.
5. Serve on a bun with your favorite
condiments, or eat it alone like a steak.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 as needed.

  1. How much are they and what size box do they come in? I would like to try these but don’t want to buy a large box in case I don’t like them altho they sound GREAT!

  2. Where I’m from in upstate NY a box of 6 costs $9.99. We get the Bubba Burgers with onions. Boy! Are they delicious! I’m sure you’ll like them.

  3. Brenda – the prices can vary from market to market – but I find they tend to be around $10 per box. They come frozen so can be kept for a while in the fridge. AND if you like burgers I can’t believe you would not love Bubba Burgers!
