  1. Need to know how to clean , without any dammage , this beatiful grill. The dealer here in Peru does not help me at all.

    • Julio – Routine cleaning is an important part of grill use. These steps will not only help to keep your grill working properly, but also prolong the lifetime of your grill. Depending on your grill model some cleaning steps may vary. However, to best clean all of our grills we recommend a nonabrasive cleaner, such as Biodegradable Grill Cleaner, and/or warm soapy water. This should be safe to use on the inside and outside of the grill. A soft bristle brush, such as the Brush Hawg Grill Brush can be used to clean the cooking grates in your grill. The best time to use the brush is when the cooking grates are cooling down, but are still warm to the touch. After the grill has fully cooled the cooking grates can then be wiped down with warm soapy water or a nonabrasive cleaner and a damp cloth. If this is a gas grill the buner(s) in your grill can be removed and flushed out with water or high pressure air. The individual port holes can then be poked through with a paperclip or a pipe cleaner to ensure that all obstructions have been removed. If water is used please make sure that the burners are completely dry before being placed back in the grill. – Dustin
