“My third cook on the G2G. First was hamburgers and hotdogs and it did great. Second was breakfast that turned out good, but I had some heating issues. I think I didn’t secure the regulator well enough. The third was pork chops. I cut them a little over an inch thick from a half loin. Seasoned with Steak Dust and fresh rosemary. I was gonna pull at 140 but I must of gotten distracted because I missed and pulled at 150. No matter with IR. They were extremely juicy and had a fantastic taste. Also got a couple of hassleback potatoes, but my slices were too thick; and of course a hotdog for my daughter.
