There are many different techniques for using your grill to heat or re-heat pizza. I would truly enjoy hearing from you (with photos?) if you have a special tip or trick to this increasingly popular way of preparing pizza on your outdoor cooker. THIS post by Tinnmel on the Char-Broil LIVE Community Forums sparked my interest and I was very interested to learn more because I wanna try it! Pizza in the Big Easy Smoker, Roaster & Grill – First Try!
Normally I make one 16″ pizza for the family. However today I used my 10″ pizza screens. Now how do I want to cook them. That’s right, load them into the SRG basket the same as I do for wings. By the way, I made the dough in my bread machine then cut it into four pieces.
A quarter of the dough was just right for the 10″ screen, but I have a leftover piece, so I shaped it into a loaf and threw it on a half rack on top of the basket.

Head over to the Char-Broil LIVE Community Forums (Link at the top) and click around in the Char-Broil TRU-Infrared category – there are so many different topics about how to cook different foods I can’t begin to list them all. I suspect you will find many answers to your questions there.
