Like a kid in a candy store each BBQ experience is treasured savored and discovered with gusto. I live breath eat BBQ. Competing & cooking BBQ anywhere and everywhere. My philosophy is: Life is too short for Bad BBQ®.

Danielle Dimovski is female BBQ pitmaster that has been featured on many TV shows including TLC's BBQ Pitmasters, Destination America's BBQ Pitmasters, The Today Show, Canada AM, Marilyn Denis & more. She also hosts the brand new show BBQ Crawl for 10 episodes coming May 2013 on the Travel & Escape Channel. As a busy married mom of 3 she is always grilling & bbqing family friendly recipes that are easy to make and palate pleasing. Danielle has been featured extensively in the Toronto Star, The National Post, and numerous other newspapers & trade publications. Her recipes have been published in the KCBS 25th anniversary cookbook, She-Smoke, Beerlicious & more. As a Championship Award Winning competitive BBQ’er Danielle travels all over North America and is Canada’s top ranked pitmaster. Her passion for BBQ knows no bounds. Whether teaching BBQ to a group of novices or sharing her competition techniques to seasoned pros it never ends. There is always more BBQ to try and more grilling to do. She lives, breathes, and eats BBQ, traveling all over North America competing in a variety of sanctioned BBQ Competitions and eating anywhere BBQ is served. It doesn't matter if it's a one man shack serving chicken over a hot charcoal filled barrel on the side of the road or a high end BBQ joint serving Q off of the latest in BBQ technology. She wants it all and she wants to know the stories behind these BBQ folks. Her larger than life personality is warm and inviting- a whole lot of fun and always amusing. Listening to her talk and demonstrating all types of BBQ makes people smile with her never ending insatiable appetite for all things barbecue.
