I had wangs in the fridge for this morning marinating with all intentions of throwing them in TBE for a family reunion this afternoon. Of course things never go as planed and I had to take my wife to hospital emergency for pneumonia (she will be OK but it was scary for awhile) and by the time I got back to the house I didn’t have the time for TBE.
I jumped out of the car and ran to the back yard and fired up my 3 burner and ran in the house to get somethings taken care of. After 10 mins I put the wangs on the grill to sear and looked at my watch….1 hour to go before the reunion was to start. Sweat was beading up on my brow. I had promised my wife I would get these wings to there appointed dinner!
I seared them a good 5 mins on each side on high then moved them to the warming rack and lowered the grill to medium. After another 15 mins and they were done loaded into a caring dish and devoured by all!!
