Jim Kukalis lives and grills in Manchester, Michigan. For Father’s Day, he is looking forward to an afternoon of grilling with his three children, wife, father and father-in-law. The menu will either be BBQ ribs or steak, coupled with grilled corn and veggies. (To grill the corn, Jim removes the silks but leaves the husks, and soaks the ears in water before grilling.)
“My wife likes to take over the grill on Father’s Day so I can relax, but I prefer to work the grill myself,” he says.
