The grill top infuser make cooking salmon on the grill really easy. This Asian inspired recipe is sure to please everyone!
I am curious as to what temp people are referring to when they say cook on highest temp. My highest is 650. Each time i have cooked, a black paint like residue comes off my pan. When washed , there is no evidence that it happened . Still that concerns me. Valerie
Valerie – The highest temperature is normally referring to about 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Some of our grills are able to reach over this, yours included, and this is why approximate cook times are provided. It sounds like your Infusion Cooker may have soot or carbon builing up on the inside of it. This is completely normal and caused over time by smoke coming in contact with a certain area. If you would like to create a case we would be more than happy to further look into it. Please follow this link… http://www.charbroil.com/support/case/create – Dustin
Loved, loved, loved this recipe!!! The salmon tasted so good. Will definitely do this one again. Thanks. Just one question, the ends were a little crispy. Should I put a little water in the infused?
